Our brass tube, bar and sheet stock range is one of the biggest in the Pakistan, which makes us competitive on price and delivery. Brass is an alloy made of copper and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied to create a range of brasses with varying properties.  Brass sets the standard by which the machinability of other materials is judged and it is available in a wide range of forms and sizes allowing for minimum machining to finished dimensions. Brass also has excellent thermal conductivity of between 23 – 44% of pure copper. Brass is also ideal for applications where low friction is required such as locks, gears, bearings, doorknobs, and valves; for plumbing and electrical applications; and extensively in musical instruments such as horns and bells for its acoustic properties. It is also used in zippers. Brass is often used in situations where it is important that sparks not be struck, as in fittings and tools around explosive gases. Today almost 90% of all brass alloys are recycled. Because brass is not ferromagnetic, it can be separated from ferrous scrap by passing the scrap near a powerful magnet.
